Starting Wage: $60,000
Schedule: Full-time; 9 AM - 5 PM (with flexibility required for special events, adjusting to travel schedules, and potential for extended workdays)

This role entails executing existing marketing strategies while also allowing for contributions to strategy development This is marketing that is directly tied to enterprise sales. The role will be responsible for understanding multiple, nuanced buying personas. In collaboration with the VP of Strategy and Operations, you will utilize your expertise in graphic design, animation, social media management, and video editing, particularly Adobe After Effects. We fully recognize the skills we are seeking may be difficult to have in one person. We are seeking someone who is willing to learn anything. This position involves working with multiple brands, including our clients', and requires effective communication with partners and clients. Moreover, you must be willing to work with and manage remote, outsourced graphic design teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and contribute to marketing strategies, aligning with Fundmetric's goals.
- Updating and enhancing digital sales room, trade show/conference assets
- Designing influencer swag
- Supervising and assistance with podcast and video content
- Design engaging graphic content for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency for Fundmetric and our clients.
- Produce videos and animations that compellingly convey our narrative and those of our clients, using Adobe After Effects.
- Oversee our and our clients' social media platforms, creating quality content and engaging with communities to boost brand visibility.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and promote brand awareness for both Fundmetric and our clients.
- Write and refine copy for a range of marketing materials, ensuring clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate messaging.
- Coordinate with partners, clients, and outsourced graphic design teams to ensure cohesive and strategic marketing efforts.
- Analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and social media activity, leveraging insights to inform future strategies.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, graphic design, and video editing to continually enhance our marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. Community College or equivalent experience is also acceptable.
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media management, with a portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility (link required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience in multi-stakeholder Enterprise sales and marketing
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas engagingly.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing tasks across different brands simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to collaborating with partners, clients, and outsourced design teams.
- This role is based in our Halifax office. Working from home is at the employee's discretion and is subject to change based on company policies.
